Crocs had never sold live on TikTok Shop. The job was to prove the channel could work for a brand that size, with a lean team and no template.
I ran the project end to end: designing the set, directing production, casting and managing on-screen selling talent, editing recap videos and social content, and analyzing post-stream data to tune each one after the last. Every stream doubled as audience education around new product drops.
Live selling is a performance with a spreadsheet behind it. We treated every 4–6 hour stream as a test, read the numbers afterward, and made the next one better.
Each 4–6 hour stream drove over $5,000 in sales, and Crocs had a live commerce channel it didn't have before.
