The first multi-camera sports commerce livestream on TikTok, live from Ryan Sheckler's skatepark.

TikTok wanted proof that live commerce could work for sports. Sandlot Times wanted to sell boards. Nobody had run a multi-camera, shoppable sports stream on the platform before, so there was no playbook.
I designed the run of show, managed the production crew, directed the stream in real time and kept TikTok and Sandlot aligned on the same plan. Before the stream, I sourced and managed top skate creators, gifted boards and produced the content that built the audience we needed on the day.
Every segment had a reason to exist and a product attached to it, and the creators we'd seeded showed up with their audiences already warm. Hype and conversion were one plan, not two.

$20K+ in sales in under three hours and 1M+ organic impressions, a new benchmark for live sports commerce on TikTok.
